باستخدامك تطبيق كورفا فإنك توافقين على الشروط التالية. كورفا منصة وسيطة تديرها سولوشب، وتجمع بينك وبين الاستوديوهات النسائية المشاركة.

الحساب

الحساب شخصي ومرتبط برقم جوالك، والخدمة مخصصة للنساء. أنت مسؤولة عن صحة البيانات التي تدخلينها وعن الحفاظ على جهازك.

الحجز والدفع

يتم حجز المقعد فور اختيارك الحصة، ويبقى محجوزا لك عشر دقائق حتى يكتمل الدفع. إذا لم يكتمل الدفع خلال هذه المدة يلغى الحجز ويعود المقعد متاحا. الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ما ينطبق من ضرائب، وتتم عملية الدفع عبر مزود الدفع ميسر.

الإلغاء والاسترجاع

لكل استوديو مدة إلغاء يحددها بنفسه، والمدة الافتراضية اثنتا عشرة ساعة قبل بداية الحصة. إذا ألغيت قبل انتهاء هذه المدة يعاد إليك كامل المبلغ. وإذا ألغيت بعدها فلا يوجد استرجاع لأن المقعد يكون قد حجز عنك. ولا يمكن الإلغاء بعد بداية الحصة. يصل المبلغ المسترجع إلى بطاقتك خلال المدة التي يحددها البنك، وغالبا من ثلاثة إلى عشرة أيام عمل.

إلغاء الاستوديو للحصة

إذا ألغى الاستوديو الحصة يعاد إليك كامل المبلغ تلقائيا ونبلغك بذلك.

الحضور

يرجى الوصول قبل الموعد بوقت كاف وإظهار رمز الحجز عند الاستقبال. عدم الحضور دون إلغاء لا يستحق استرجاعا.

مسؤولية الاستوديو

الاستوديو هو مقدم الخدمة، وهو المسؤول عن جودة الحصة والمدربة والمكان والسلامة داخل المنشأة. عليك التأكد من ملاءمة التمرين لحالتك الصحية، ومراجعة الطبيبة عند الحاجة.

سلوك الاستخدام

يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام أو تكرار عدم الحضور أو أي مخالفة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

تعديل الشروط

قد نحدث هذه الشروط، وننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه. الأنظمة المطبقة هي أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using Corva you agree to these terms. Corva is a marketplace operated by Soloship that connects you with participating women's studios.

Your account

An account is personal and tied to your phone number, and the service is for women. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the security of your device.

Booking and payment

Your seat is held the moment you choose a class and stays held for ten minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed within that time the booking is released and the seat becomes available again. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Moyasar.

Cancellation and refunds

Each studio sets its own cancellation window, twelve hours before the class by default. Cancel before that window and you are refunded in full. Cancel inside it and there is no refund, because the seat was held for you. Cancellation is not possible once the class has started. Refunds reach your card within the period set by your bank, usually three to ten working days.

Classes cancelled by a studio

If a studio cancels a class you are refunded in full automatically and we notify you.

Attendance

Please arrive in good time and show your booking code at reception. Not attending without cancelling is not refundable.

Studio responsibility

The studio is the service provider and is responsible for the quality of the class, the instructor, the venue and safety on its premises. Please make sure the activity suits your health and consult your doctor when in doubt.

Acceptable use

We may suspend an account for misuse, repeated no shows, or any breach of the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish any change on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
