تطبيق كورفا منصة لحجز حصص اليوغا والبيلاتس واللاقري في استوديوهات نسائية في السعودية. تشرح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• رقم الجوال، ويستخدم لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه عبر رمز يصل برسالة نصية.
• الاسم الذي تدخلينه، ويظهر لموظفات الاستوديو في قائمة الحضور فقط.
• حجوزاتك: الحصة والتاريخ والمبلغ وحالة الحجز.
• اللغة والمدينة المختارة داخل التطبيق.
• رمز الإشعارات إذا سمحت بها، ويستخدم لتذكيرك بموعد الحصة.

ما لا نجمعه

لا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك البنكية إطلاقا. عملية الدفع تتم لدى مزود الدفع ميسر، ولا يصلنا منها سوى حالة العملية ورقمها المرجعي. ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبع إعلاني.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدمها لتنفيذ الحجز وإرسال تفاصيله، ولتزويد الاستوديو بقائمة الحاضرات، ولمعالجة الاسترجاع عند الإلغاء ضمن المدة المسموحة، ولتحسين الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

من نشارك معه

نشارك اسمك ورقم حجزك مع الاستوديو الذي حجزت فيه فقط. ونستخدم مزودي خدمة تقنيين لتشغيل التطبيق، وهم: فايربيس للتحقق من رقم الجوال، وميسر لمعالجة الدفع، ومنصات الاستضافة السحابية لتشغيل الخوادم.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق. عند الحذف نزيل اسمك ورقم جوالك، ونحتفظ بسجلات الحجوزات والمدفوعات دون هوية للأغراض المحاسبية والنظامية.

Corva is a marketplace for booking yoga, pilates and Lagree classes at women's studios in Saudi Arabia. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your phone number, used to create and verify your account with an SMS code.
• The name you enter, shown only to studio staff on the class roster.
• Your bookings: the class, date, amount and booking status.
• The language and city you select in the app.
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications, used for class reminders.

What we do not collect

We never store your card details. Payment happens with our payment provider Moyasar, and we receive only the status and reference of the transaction. We use no advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

To complete your booking and send you its details, to give the studio its attendance list, to process refunds when you cancel inside the allowed window, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

Who we share with

We share your name and booking code only with the studio you booked. We use technical providers to run the service: Firebase for phone verification, Moyasar for payment processing, and cloud hosting platforms for our servers.

Retention and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen in the app. On deletion we remove your name and phone number and keep booking and payment records without identity for accounting and legal purposes.
